I am so guilty of infodumping in character descriptions. Humans are unique, so it seems cheap to just say that a person had "gray eyes and brown hair" when he is, in truth, my main character. I'm working on spreading out details, so it's not an infodump, but yet my characters are still as well defined as I like them to be.
