Hello everyone,
  Just dropping a hello to everyone. I recently found this group and have had a chance to scan some of the others posts and believe that I might be able to learn to write better. Currently I am working on two different stories that are totally different from each other. But for the moment I am concentrating on the main story that is in my journal here and also on my Yahoo 360 under the same name.

 I am not writing to advertise my story just yet as I feel that I need to learn first but if anyone does happen to read my story then I would love to have feed back from that. I have a person that reads over my work and catches the mistakes, the ones that my spell check and grammar check miss. I have not yet added them to my pages as I have been tied up with other things in my real life, but in the coming week I will be updating and checking over things to make them better.

Also I am working on Maps if anyone needs one for your stories I can be of some help. I have a map making program that lets me make my own (Scrapbook) but I am still learning a lot of the intricate parts of the program.

So I will sign off for the moment and when I feel that it is read worthy I will happily post a link to the first chapter of the story.

Author's Note: The first out of who knows how many chapters.  All feedback and critique is welcomed.  This is an unrevised draft chapter, the only chapter I have written so far, and there's bound to be mistakes.  Feel free to point them out. =)
Summary:  The discovery of a kindred spirit.
