Update on Gemsinger

Thank you all for the feedback--I'm going to probably delete the equipment list out of the profile and work on finding ways to make it seem more book-like. I haven't done too much world-building this weekend because of a real life emergency.

To-do list this week:

--Revise some place names
--Write out a detailed description of Sekiya (I can't draw a map, so a very detailed description will have to do)
--plan out the races and what they are like
--plan out some history

Why can't you draw a map? Do you mean, you cannot draw a map on the computer, or you cannot draw one at all?

Neither can I. I find that drawing maps sort of like Tolkien did isn't that bad, though. Triangles for trees and mountains... squiggly rivers... round dots for forests.

Now I am curious to see if there are any applications that have to do with cartography... wouldn't that be fun?

I drew a map using only photoshop; I found a really great tutorial for making it really authentic and it wasn't that hard. Ended up looking something like this (http://chocolate-radiance.thowra.net/country.php) but Im pretty sure you could do something better!
If you want the tute I'll be glad to link you =)
