There, Their and They're are commonly misused and are easily confused.


There
There is used to describe a location.
"I saw the book over there by the piano"
"There is no place like home"


Their
Their is a possessive word that shows ownership of something.
"I found their book mixed in with mine"
"Their house is really noisy on Friday night"

They're
They're is a contraction of They Are.
"They're on vacation this week" or "They are on vacation this week"
"They're some of my favorite authors" or "They are some of my favorite authors"

Would anyone else like to add explanation, clarification or ask a question?

Thank you for highlighting my pet peeve. Even captioning people do it and it drives me absolutely insane. You'd think someone would check this stuff before it appears in public with their logo on it.
