Hi, Im new to the community and to lj too. I really enjoy writing, especially about things that arent typically written about. Im just begining to put some things up and i would greatly appreciate any tips/comments/good criticism. I dont know how to put one of those links up yet, but everything is on my page and I would love it if someone could look at it.Thanks!

I like the imagery you use, and how the setting both reflects and affects the protagonist's feelings. The second scene is perhaps less moody but more intriguing.

It has a few typos, but it's a first draft, after all, and there is definite potential.
