I'm writing a fantasy novel set in alternate 1930s Europe where Bismarck's League of the Three Emperors never fell apart, which led to completely different WWI circumstances, as in it was the Holy Roman Empire, Russia and Germany against England and France and the US and some other smaller countries, mostly. Also, the presence of magic sort of made the war longer than it really was. Oh, and the 1918 revolution never happened in Russia. So I, y'know, need someone to discuss all the what-if history and what would lead to what both on both a military and a cultural level. I've already got most of it figured out, I just need someone to bounce ideas off and discuss (someone with more historical knowledge than I do) and see if it can hold its water.
Anyone interested? ^_^

If the circumstances around World War One are different, does the US get pulled into it at all and are there changes to US history to consider?
Also what kind of war are you envisioning WWI to be? Trenches, mobile, guerilla, other?

And what demands did they make on the loser? Is there a depression? Who's in charge of the League? I can't imagine how it could stay together without Bismarck, who'd be long dead at this point. And I'm really interested to see how you'd solve that.
SO much to consider with alternate histories.
