Starting out...

Hi peoples,
Like many on here, I'm just starting out with my writing (well getting it out into the public, I've been writing for years) and would love any and all feedback on my work.

I am a fantasy/paranormal writer and have started a world with Therianthropes with a steampunk-esque setting. I would love it if you could check out my stories on my LJ site and leave some comments. The summary for my first story is below.

Title: Woe

Summary: Maxen is a young Tinker, learning at the Academy. When out on his first mission something goes wrong. Repurcussions of one single act will echo through the ages.

Word Count: 7,766.

It's only a short one, but it sets the world up nicely I think.

I had to Google the word "therianthropes." Your concept sounds interesting. I'll be sure to check out your story later today when I get home from work. :)
