Seeking a Beta...

Due to the size of the series me and my writing partner are working on I am looking for yet another beta - we have two right now but the number of stories out-numbers them greatly and they tend to get busy with things in RL (as we all do) and I was wondering if anyone else was interested. Searching for a beta for grammar and content.
Requirements: Nothing much but this = is polite at giving CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM and not ridiculing me and my partner's mis-steps aka being a hardass bitch. Also, it would help if the beta was interested in what we are writing about - I don't want a clinical type of relationship because I want to be able to talk about character development, plot, etc. with the beta (because to me and my partner characters and plot are the two most important things in a story - characters slightly above plot because character essentially drive the story).
Blurb about the series in general: All I will say about my saga is that it takes place in an alternate version of our world with beings called Angelos fighting the demons that lurk among the mortals. There are alterations in history, mystical creatures, the birthing of children from Angels (thus the Angelos), hermaphodites, and even God being reborn.
Interested? Let me know.

I just read this article on how to help The Sagging Middle Syndrome. No, it' isn't a post holidays diet guide but some good pointers about raising the stakes and keeping them high to create tension in your story.

This is an article with the things to look for when you critique someone's work for them, especially with an eye to make it publishable.
